How It Works
- Schedule your appointment by pressing “Book Now” for the desired service.
- Receive an e-mail with the required forms and consent to be filled out before the scheduled appointment.
- If your visit requires a video visit, on the day of the appointment, you will receive a text message with the link for your virtual visit. No application download is required. You may attend the telemedicine session via any computer, tablet, or telephone that is camera and microphone enabled.
- For all other services, you will receive a confirmation text one day before and the day of your appointment. We know things happen, if you are unable to make the appointment, please cancel 24 hours before.
- Your credit card will be charged the total amount agreed upon between you and the provider.
- Your provider will send any prescriptions or lab orders following the visit if indicated.
Important
Virtual Visits are not appropriate for urgent active unstable mental health conditions or Emergencies. During a visit should this occur, the provider will contact local authorities to implement a Physicians or Corner Emergency certificate for inpatient care.
Should this occur outside of a visit, please report to the nearest emergency department.
